We are the RED PANDA SAFETY TEAM. We are dedicated to improving the lives of the endangered species, the amazing red panda. Their lives are continously in danger because their home is being threatened.
Red pandas (Ailurus fulgens) are adorable, small mammals native to the eastern Himalayas and southwestern China. Despite their name, they are not closely related to giant pandas. Red pandas have a distinctive appearance with reddish-brown fur, a round face, and a long, bushy tail with alternating red and white rings. They are arboreal creatures, spending much of their time in trees, and are known for their agility. Red pandas primarily feed on bamboo, but their diet also includes fruits, berries, acorns, and insects.
